The Team


Martin Pitkeathly - Director and Principal Financial Adviser

Founder of the business since 2003, Martin started out in financial services in 1992. He has advised clients on investment and pensions for over 25 years and prides himself on maintaining his long standing clients that has helped Capital Manor to become an established local company dealing with clients mainly on a face to face basis.

He has a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning including the pension update and most recently the Cii level 3 Award in Long Term Care.

Martin is married with grown up children and enjoys most sports and socialising.


Paul Gregory - Director and Principal Financial Adviser

Co-owner of the business, Paul grew up in Caddington and is well known in the local area. Paul joined the company in 2003 and has vast experience and knowledge of Residential, Buy-to-Let and Specialist mortgage lending as well as Investment and Pension advice.

He has a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning as well as Certificate in Financial Planning, Mortgage Advice and Equity Release.

Paul is married with three young children and, in any spare time that he has, he plays a variety of sports and socialises with friends


Steven Coote - Financial Adviser

Steve grew up in Caddington and is well known in and around the local Villages. Steve has been part of our team since January 2014 and has a great knowledge of the financial services market due to his background in commercial and retail banking.

Steve is a diploma qualified Financial Advisor and also holds CeMap and RO5 allowing him to offer Mortgage and Protection advice.

He has been with his Partner for the past 19 years and has a young son. Steve also enjoys socialising and most sports including rugby, football and golf.


Millie Cox - Mortgage Adviser

Millie Cox joined the team at Capital Manor in 2015 as an Office Administrator and then expanded her role by becoming a personal assistant to the mortgage brokers in 2018.

In July 2020 Millie gained her full CeMap qualifications and is now a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser. Millie is also currently studying R05 to allow her to offer Protection Advice.

Millie was born and brought up in the local area. She enjoys going to the gym, travelling, socialising with friends and spending quality time with family.


Dana Summerfield - Mortgage Administrator

Dana has been with Capital Manor since March 2018 joining us as an Office Administrator. In 2020 Dana expanded her role by becoming a Mortgage Administrator. She liaises with our Clients, the Lenders and their Solicitors throughout the Mortgage Process.

In May 2022 Dana passed CeMap 1 and is currently studying for CeMap 2 and CeMap 3 with the intention of becoming a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser.

Dana enjoys going on long walks with her dog and spending time with family and friends.


Joseph Wright - Trainee Paraplanner

Joseph joined Capital Manor in April 2021 as a Trainee Paraplanner having previously worked in the IT industry.

Joseph is currently studying towards a diploma in Regulated Financial Advice. This will allow him to meet his ambition of becoming a Financial Adviser in the future. Having passed his first exam in December 2022, he is currently studying for R05 in protection.

Joseph enjoys cooking, gaming and all things technical. He also enjoys spending time down in Cornwall with his friends and family. He is local to the area having recently moved to Caddington in 2019.


Robert Impey – Trainee Paraplanner

Robert joined Capital Manor in August 2022. Having spent 7 years working in education as a Cover Supervisor. This helped him develop his work and life skills as he encountered various different scenarios whilst working in a school. His main role was to teach on daily basis with children aged from 5-11 years old.

During his spare time Robert likes to undertake charity events to help raise money for local/National charities. Robert also likes to take part in a spot of golf and socialising at the local pub with friends and family.


Delphine Little – Office Administrator

Delphine is the latest member of Capital Manor’s team joining us in January 2023. Delphine has had 35 years’ experience in Customer Services within the retail industry. She has two grown up sons and 2 granddaughters who she loves to spend her spare time with.

Delphine is a creative person who enjoys all forms of arts and crafts. She likes walking her dog with her friends.

How we are paid


Capital Manor Financial Advisors Ltd offers you an initial meeting to understand in broad terms, your needs and objectives and to agree with you that our services are right for you going forward. This meeting usually lasts for around one hour, the cost of which is met by our firm.

Thereafter we charge for our advice by way of a fee. You can agree to have our fees deducted from your investment premium(s) prior to its investment.

We will always confirm both verbally and in writing to you the cost of our advice and how and when you will be asked to pay for this. We will ask for your agreement to the cost of our advice and the payment method by asking you to sign our fee agreement.

Generally we will ask you to pay for our services at the end of the advice process.

Please note that if you have paid for our advice by way of a cheque, and you subsequently cancel the policy within the statutory cooling off period, we will not refund the fee received.

No fee will be paid for Life Assurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection, Accident Sickness & Unemployment, Home Insurance, and Private Medical Insurance. We will be paid by commission from the company that has already been included in the premium.
